Vehicle Extrication
October 16 th and 17 th 2021, Baker City Oregon

This 16-hour training WILL cover:
 Hazard Control Zones
 High-speed roadway safety considerations
 Traffic Management (following TIMS guidance)
 Hydraulic and Electric powered extrication tool use, care, and safety
 Lifting, cribbing, and airbag use
 Basic and Intermediate Level extrication techniques
 Patient removal techniques
With special presentation from Roadrunner Towing to include:
 Fire/Rescue integration with Tow/Recovery services
 Low-Pressure/High Volume airbags
 Heavy Wrecker Capabilities
Cost: Free
Time: 0800-1700, with a 60-minute working lunch break. Lunch will be provided
both days.
NOTICE: This class is NOT an accredited class through DPSST. Therefore, an official NOCC will not be
issued with successful completion of the class. This class will be delivered with a focus on hands-on
training, incident stabilization, and safety.
